Auctions
Public sales of unpaid or abandoned storage units will be held at the Southern Storage Center facility where the unit is located, in accordance with state lien sale statutes. The sale will be to the highest bidder, and cash only. There are no warranties, implied or otherwise, on items won in the sale. All bidders must sign in prior to the start of the auction and provide name, address, and phone number. The winning bidder must post a $50.00 cash security deposit for each unit won, and will have 24 hours to remove the entire contents of the unit in order to receive security deposit back. If you wish to be apprised of up coming lien sales, offer your email address and we will send you notices as new sales are scheduled.
